「藝術櫥窗展」是一個試驗性的計劃，也是市長復興三藩市社區和商業走廊活力之部份行動。此計劃的意向，在多個選定的社區（市場街中段、田德隆區、灣景區、米慎區、以及華埠）設置藝術品來加強其吸引力和美感。

「藝術櫥窗展｝的目的，在給社區帶來自豪、支持本地的商人、改善街景和安全、翻新物業的外觀、增加人流、和支持三藩市本地的藝術家。此專案表揚藝術在建設社區和經濟發展所擔任的角色。

Applications can be downloaded off the Arts Commission’s website. Artists are asked to tailor their proposals to the Chinatown community and priority will be given to artist who live or work in the neighborhood.
