Those categories are the defaults on the website, so confronted with them, I embraced them, rather than affirmatively volunteering them...
I have to say that my printmaking is limited to linoleum and wood cuts. The textile is more of an interest and appreciation than execution... Installation is something I am currently contemplating as a musician... looking at either performances or the "band" of the moment as an installation, rather than as a "gig" or merely a "performance"... installation that is temporal-- I like the dynamic tension, like a skeeter bug on the surface of water... skimming over and on the surface without breaking through... but with the possibility of breaking through contained in every movement and moment. That's how I approach music -- and I really can't distinguish between media because my motivation is constant, regardless of the medium, I just adapt to the medium of the moment, and if there is time, think about how to integrate all of them. I hope that's not too opaque?
