- Beili Liu is a Chinese-American artist whose creative work has been exhibited and published extensively both nationally and internationally. She has held solo and group exhibitions, lectures, and presentations in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, California, Chicago, Bulgaria, Finland, and China. Most recently, she presented a large-scale installation, "Recall", in Fiskars, Finland. Liu's article of her permanent installation "The little house on the prairie" was published in the Ceramics Art and Perception (technical) magazine in Austrilia. Beili Liu has held artist fellowship at Art Farm, NE, Djerassi Foundation, CA, and Fiskars Artist Residency, Finland. Liu received her MFA from the University of Michigan, and is an assistant professor of art at Eastern Michigan University.
